Throughout your adventure, you might find or even craft items with a Tier or Rarity, if you prefer. This Tier generally already indicates the rarity of the item, its quality, and its power.
Here is a list of tiers along with a brief description:

|---|---|
| Common | Not particularly rare or powerful but will certainly be different from standard game items. |
| Uncommon | A more valuable item than average. It even has nice stats! |
| Rare | The item is valuable and in addition to being expensive, it almost certainly has interesting stats and possibly powers. |
| Very Rare | A particularly rare and interesting item. It is very valuable and has powerful stats in addition to a unique power. |
| Epic | An item made in a few rare copies! Powerful and almost certainly possessing a power. |
| Magical | This tier indicates that the item has magical stats, such as elements or enchantments. Above normal. |
| Unique | An item designed in a single copy. Extremely valuable with generally greatly superior stats. |
| Legendary | Similar to unique, however, a story is attached to it and its stats are very powerful in addition to having multiple powers. |
| Mythic | This item is part of an ancient myth. It is extremely powerful, unique, and certainly has its own powers. |

| Illegal | The item is illegal in the imperial city. Some players might point this out to you and report you to an authority (RP)! |
| Exotic | An item from distant lands. Hard to find and often possessing unique abilities. |
| Sacred | This item is tied to Solis! Players of Obscura should not use it as well as those not worshiping the sun god. |
| Profane | This item is tied to Obscura! Players of Solis should not use it as well as those not worshiping the dark deity. |
| Cosmic | A special tier reserved for items created only for certain people for their “Powers” or items linked to the Empress of the Void… |
